CLEAR THE CLUTTER
Removing clutter (like clothes, toys, etc.) helps our professionals work more efficiently. Please try to pick up as much as possible from the floors and surfaces before we arrive. This also includes washing any dishes in the sink—unless you've selected one of our add-on cleaning services!
SECURE YOUR PETS
Make sure your pets are safe, comfortable, and out of the way while we clean. If you keep them in a room or crate, please ensure they have enough food, water, and a place to relieve themselves until the cleaning is finished and you're back home.
ARRANGE PAYMENT
If you haven’t already set up a payment method with us, please leave cash or a check in a visible spot, such as the kitchen counter.

Absolutely! We love receiving your input to personalize the service. We recommend calling us to register your preferences so you don’t have to repeat them each visit.
2. How many cleaners will come to my home?
It depends on your home’s size and needs, but we usually send a team of 3 or 4. We’ll notify you in advance if there are any changes.
3. How do I pay?
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.
4. How long does the cleaning take?
It varies depending on the size of the home and the work needed. We focus on quality, not the clock, so we don’t work with a fixed time limit.
5. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide us with a key, lockbox code, or garage access so we can enter and clean even if they’re not home.
6. Why is the first cleaning more expensive?
The first visit is usually a deep cleaning, which allows us to leave your home in top condition for regular maintenance going forward.
7. Can you clean if I have pets?
Yes, we’re a pet-friendly company. If your pet is territorial or aggressive, please keep them in a safe area during the service.
8. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all necessary products and equipment. If you have a product preference, just let us know!
9. Are tips accepted?
Tips are not required but always appreciated. You can also support us by leaving a review on Google, Facebook, or other platforms.
10. Do I need to give a key to the cleaners?
Not at all. We suggest using a lockbox with a code so we can access your home and return the key safely after the service.
11. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We'll return and re-clean the area at no extra cost. We want to earn your trust—and your positive review!
